The Crown Is Yours
As an Analyst I, Marketing Analytics, you'll monitor, measure, and enhance the performance of our marketing initiatives. You will partner closely with teams across Marketing and Analytics to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop insights that drive more informed, data-driven decisions. In this role, you'll use statistical methods, build reporting frameworks, and help teams across the organization better understand how marketing contributes to key business and monetization outcomes.
What You'll Do
  • Work with a team of Marketing Analysts responsible for monitoring business and customer performance across marketing channels and measuring the impact of marketing on key monetization metrics.
  • Analyze marketing performance using statistical methods and support enhancements to measurement frameworks such as multi-touch attribution.
  • Partner closely with Marketing teams to identify opportunity areas, align on key performance indicators, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor the performance of key marketing initiatives and success metrics.
  • Design and execute marketing measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution, surveys, and regression-based analyses.
  • Communicate insights and results through clear reporting and presentations to stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Analytics and Marketing teams to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
  • At least 1 year of business analytics, marketing analytics, or data science experience at a business-to-consumer company.
  • Experience working with SQL and Python, or another statistical programming language.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and marketing attribution is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 64,000.00 USD - 80,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
