What you'll do as an Analyst I, Customer Forecasting
- Leverage forecasting and data analysis techniques to measure, monitor, and predict new customer acquisition trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, interpret findings, and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities within forecasts.
- Develop and enhance machine learning models, automated tools, and Tableau dashboards to improve forecast accuracy and business visibility.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making across stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and refine forecasting methodologies by incorporating new data sources and analytical approaches.
- Support ad-hoc analyses and high-impact projects that drive innovation and inform long-term marketing strategy.
- Champion best practices in data integrity, reporting, and automation to ensure consistent and reliable insights.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of business analytics or data science experience, in a work or academic setting.
- Knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification), and working with large datasets.
- Experience with SQL or Snowflake, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
- Exposure to machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and tools such as Databricks, Airflow, XGBoost, or version control systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing methodologies.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
