Primary Purpose
Executes commodity strategy. Provides commodity updates for negotiations and planning. The position will focus on validating fuel supply options and coordinating the transportation of fuel products from regional terminals to specific divisional fuel sites. This activity involves managing product supplier accounts by terminal and overseeing the hauling activities ensuring desired service levels are achieved. The position will be responsible to maintain and update product, freight, and tax cost tables on a regular basis. Tracking and reporting product supplier costs, assist in managing supply contracts and resolving invoicing issues (cost discrepancies) are other routine job tasks.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Carlisle, PA.

- The position will be responsible to maintain and update product, freight, and tax cost tables on a regular basis.
- Tracking and reporting product supplier costs, assist in managing supply contracts and resolving invoicing issues (cost discrepancies) are other routine job tasks.
- Maintaining extensive relationships with both our hauler and supplier partners to ensure that they are achieving the standards that we require
- Monitoring of all fuel locations and distribution centers to ensure prompt delivery as well as provide customer service to the associates that work within those locations.
- Extensive Accounts Payable and Accounting interaction and finance and invoicing activities are performed through the fuel logistics (Fuel Quest) back-office software application.
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years with experience
