Job Summary:

The Raytheon Master Data / Cost Accounting Team is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team. The analyst will be a key contributor to providing support across the Raytheon business spanning multiple CAS segments. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in Master Data Management, with responsibilities focused on project setup, internal and statistical order creation, settlement rules, and updates to FMS percentages. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and attention to detail, as the role involves regular interaction with internal stakeholders and collaboration across teams. A foundational understanding of business systems, coupled with a willingness to learn Raytheon-specific processes, will be critical in evaluating customer inputs and ensuring the accurate configuration and maintenance of master data across the organization

What You Will Do:

  • Create, maintain, and update projects including Capital, General Ledger, and Internal projects.

  • Create Statistical Orders and Internal Orders.

  • Review customer inputs to determine and implement appropriate updates.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal customers.

  • Track and manage all request types, ensuring timely updates to trackers and logging systems.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all requests.

  • Update and refine training materials and process documentation as needed.

  • Support additional Master Data requests, including Cost Centers, Activity Types, and related items.

  • Provide responsive customer service for general inquiries related to Master Data.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field and 2 years relevant financial/accounting work experience.

  • Experience with SAP, Analysis for Office, MS Excel or similar financial systems.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with SAP functionality and navigation.

  • Knowledge of Raytheon approval processes

  • Ability to think critically by applying problem solving practices, using technology and other resources appropriately

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
