We are seeking a Net New Sales Manager to lead our Americas Net New business, responsible for driving regional execution through a team of high performing individual contributors focused on new customer acquisition and partner led growth. This is a non–customer facing leadership role, centered on developing ICs, improving productivity, and ensuring scalable operational excellence across the territory. Every member of our A Team plays a critical role in our success, and we are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and can elevate team performance through coaching, strategy, and execution discipline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Net New Sales Representatives responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across the Americas.
  • Drive execution of a partner‑centric go‑to‑market strategy, ensuring ICs effectively collaborate with End User's, VARs, distributors, and cloud partners to build healthy pipeline.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and inspection rhythms to accelerate pipeline generation, conversion, and partner scalability.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Channel, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Operations to align on regional initiatives and optimize coverage models.
  • Deliver ongoing coaching on MEDDICC sales methodology, territory planning, partner leverage, and operational excellence.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and maintain visibility into IC activity, productivity, and performance indicators.
  • Recruit, onboard, and continuously develop talent to strengthen the Net New sales organization.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years leading a quota‑carrying sales team of individual contributors.
  • Proven success managing net new acquisition teams and driving results through partner‑led sales motions.
  • Strong understanding of the Channel, VAR, and distributor ecosystem across the Americas.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach ICs in pipeline generation, deal strategy, and partner engagement.
  • Highly organized, data‑driven, and able to operate within fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • A results‑driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
