Assist in managing Amazon accounts, facilitate daily operations, manage product listings, inventory, and customer communications while optimizing listings.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Associate to assist in managing Amazon accounts and facilitating daily operations. You will collaborate closely with our team to ensure that product listings, inventory, and customer communications are handled smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Keyword & Product Research
- Manage and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and bullet points
- Oversee inventory, FBA shipments, and restocking requirements
- Perform backend tasks on Amazon such as updating prices, managing variations, and conducting compliance checks
- Address customer inquiries and feedback through Amazon
- Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalog-related issues
- Ensure that product data is accurate and consistent across various marketplaces
- Upload and manage new products and SKUs
- Generate and examine sales reports to monitor performance and discover opportunities
- Work in conjunction with marketing and operations to ensure accurate product information
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Solid understanding of Listing optimization, Seller Central tasks, and Amazon regulations
- Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and possessing strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills in English
- Proficient in Excel and able to manage data comfortably

Requirements📑Requirements
- Experience of Amazon listing and back end work, including research
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline and optimize Amazon work
- Skilled in Amazon keyword research using Helium 10, including competitor analysis and keyword prioritization
- Ability to write and adapt listing content
- Experience with Seller Central and understanding of Amazon catalog structure and content fields
- Ability to optimize existing listings based on updated keyword trends, seasonality, and performance metrics
- Familiarity with Amazon Search Query Performance reports (advantage) for identifying high-potential keywords
- Experience of creating, managing and solving Tasks with Amazon Seller Service
