We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth team at Mercer. This role can be based in St. Louis, Boston, Chicago, Denver, King of Prussia, Minneapolis, or NYC and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
As an Alternatives Content Management Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining impactful sales content. You’ll translate strategy into actionable plans while driving operational excellence and fostering collaboration across teams. Managing content repositories, monitoring metrics, and ensuring compliance will be key to your role. Additionally, you’ll lead the adoption of new tools and innovative ideas to enhance content delivery and accessibility for diverse stakeholders and client segment.
We will count on you to:
- Own, develop and maintain slide content for sales
- Ensure sales content aligns with RFP content
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and supports performance
- Oversee operational execution, provide business understanding, and facilitate collaboration with all stakeholders
- Make sales collateral accessible to different stakeholders and client segments
- Execute the day-to-day administration of content, managing content repositories and libraries, monitoring content metrics and analytics, and managing compliance and quality standards
- Own the implementation tools/technology and bring new ideas
What you need to have:
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Resourceful and proactive, with confidence in seeking out information independently
- Familiarity with the Seismic platform or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
