Job Description
As a Product Owner in GAIS, you will be aligned with the rapidly growing Alternatives business within AWM, focused on building digital solutions that help clients discover and manage Alternative investments to further diversify their portfolios. Examples of projects you will work on:
  • Build the client-facing portal and mobile digital capabilities to support the E2E lifecycle of alternative investments to create a seamless, efficient, and engaging digital experience for our clients.
  • Significantly enhance the JPMorgan advisor's experience and their ability to service clients by seamlessly blending alternatives with traditional asset classes including portfolio planning tools, performance reporting, and marketing of new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:• Partner with Design and key business stakeholders to conduct thorough product discovery processes including user research, solution design, testing & validation• Drive vision, strategy, and success metrics for the product based on the deep expertise you will develop through research and discovery• Collaborate with Engineering throughout product development lifecycle, including solution design, roadmap refinement, prioritization and execution• Work closely with business and technology partners across the organization to ensure a seamless, integrated client experience across all stages of the asset and wealth management journey with JPM• Leverage data to inform product prioritization, monitor outcomes, and iterate on solution design to deliver an optimized Advisor & Client experience that is responsive to quantitative and qualitative feedback• Show your entrepreneurial spirit & ability to wear many hats
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:• Product Management Skills: Demonstrated understanding of product management and building software products from conception to launch through all stages of the product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution• Technical Knowledge and Interest: Sufficient familiarity with technical concepts to engage effectively with engineering partners on solution scoping and design• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment• Collaboration: Track record of working collaboratively with engineering teams, design, stakeholders, and other departments to achieve project goals• User Focus: Experience partnering with users to deeply understand their needs and pain points, and the ability to translate these into product features and improvements• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to produce clear documentation for product, engineering, and operations audiences, including at the senior leadership level• Culture: Open and transparent working style, with the ability to communicate up and down• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in technical documentation and project execution
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:• Familiarity with the financial services sector• Experience building products within the private markets• Experience building AI solutions
