Join our Technology & Innovation team as an Allocation & Replenishment Administrator, where you'll be the go-to expert keeping our allocation systems running smoothly and driving smarter merchandising strategies across the business. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented systems thinker who enjoys partnering across teams to solve real business problems.

Here are some key components that will put you on the path to make an impact at DXL.

• Own the integrity, configuration, and day-to-day use of our core and fashion Allocation Systems, including processes, variables, and global settings
• Shape the future of our systems by developing requirements for enhancements, upgrades, and business process changes
• Partner with Planning and Allocation leadership to build and maintain team training programs, review best practices, and support ongoing team growth
• Serve as the key liaison with IT and system vendors, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and Quarterly Business Reviews stay on track

Here's what you have:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in retail Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, or Systems Support
• Working knowledge of allocation systems (e.g., Allocation, E3, Planning, MMS) and business intelligence tools like Strategy
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with A.I. driven tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
• Sharp critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving instincts

The hiring range for this position is $81,200 - $95,000. While the compensation within the posted range will vary based on experience, skill set, and internal equity, it is uncommon for new hires to be placed at the top of the range. This is a bonus eligible position.
