Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with organizations aligned with company goals and values to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop strategic partnership plans to maximize mutual value.
  • Set clear objectives and expectations to ensure partnership alignment and accountability.
  • Seek new partnership opportunities to diversify and strengthen the network, leveraging existing partnerships for introductions.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Manage partnerships to drive sales leads and revenue growth through collaborative opportunities.
  • Provide product expertise to the sales team during demonstrations, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and case studies highlighting the organization’s value proposition.
  • Foster a collaborative culture, emphasizing the role of partnerships in achieving success.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration among sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams.
  • Recognize partnership achievements to reinforce their value.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Professional Services-based B2B direct or partner sales role, including 1–5 years as an individual revenue contributor in partner sales.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through a channel partner-led Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in co-selling with partners to new clients (Workday experience is an advantage).
  • Demonstrated success in influencing diverse stakeholders to build a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in executing partner field sales programs to drive lead development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with up to 40% annual travel.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple partner teams and initiatives.
  • Strong initiative, requiring minimal oversight during critical sales decisions.
  • Exceptional customer focus, with proven ability to understand client needs, build relationships, and establish trust.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for remote work.
  • Strategic thinking to identify and deliver new opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Miller Heiman Strategic Selling or MEDDIC Sales methodology preferred.
  • Commitment to driving process improvements in the revenue organization.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000 including an uncapped commissions plan
