Job Description:

As an Algorithm Engineer, you will design and optimize advanced algorithms to address complex technical problems across various domains, including machine learning and signal processing. This role provides the opportunity to lead projects, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the development of scalable solutions that impact system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize algorithms for large-scale applications.
  • Apply machine learning and signal processing techniques to improve data analysis and system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate algorithms.
  • Analyze and resolve issues of increasing complexity, providing scalable solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their skill development.

Skills You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • C and C++ Programming: Expertise in developing high-performance code for complex applications.
  • Machine Learning Algorithms: Proficiency in implementing supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
  • Signal Processing: Advanced knowledge of signal processing techniques.
  • SQL and Bash Scripting: Expertise in writing efficient SQL queries and scripting for automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in algorithm development.
  • Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and SQL.
