Responsibilities:

Deal Evaluation & Process

  • Review and process sales proposals and quotes according to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address any discrepancies in deal submissions.

 

Sales Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales performance data to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs, including revenue growth, win rates, and quota attainment.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

 

Forecasting & Pipeline Management

  • Support accurate forecasting by analyzing historical data, pipeline trends, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to refine forecast models and methodologies.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within the sales pipeline and provide timely updates to stakeholders.


Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Develop and document best practices to standardize operational processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and refine process changes.

 

CRM and Tool Management

  • Maintain and audit CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Resolve CRM-related issues and provide support for team members to maximize tool utilization.


Territory and Quota Management

  • Assist in territory planning and quota setting based on market potential and team goals.
  • Track and report individual and team performance against established targets.
  • Recommend adjustments to territories or quotas to optimize resources and achieve objectives.


Customer & Market Insights

  • Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
  • Share insights with sales and marketing teams to inform strategies and improve targeting efforts.

  • Excellent Excel skills are essential
