Position Overview

As our Airtable and Zapier Automation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations by designing and maintaining automated workflows. Your work will directly allow our educators to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional learning experiences. In this role, you will take full ownership of our program management systems, ensuring they run at peak efficiency while continuously identifying opportunities for optimization.

Position Details:

  • Hours: 5–15 hours per week initially, with potential for growth.

  • Compensation: $35 – $50 per hour (commensurate with experience).

  • Location: Remote.

  • Start Date: Immediate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Design & Implementation: Create streamlined automation solutions using Airtable and Zapier for core program management workflows, including attendance tracking, staffing charts, and performance-based KPIs.

  • System Troubleshooting: Proactively audit and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure zero operational downtime.

  • Process Optimization: Collaborate across various departments to identify manual bottlenecks and design scalable automation opportunities.

  • Documentation: Build and maintain comprehensive, clear documentation for all active workflows, databases, and automation logic.

  • Team Enablement: Provide training and technical support to internal team members to ensure smooth adoption of automated systems.

  • Innovation: Stay current with emerging automation trends, features, and third-party integrations to continuously improve company operations.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven experience designing and managing ecosystems built on Airtable and Zapier.

  • Deep structural understanding of relational databases, complex automation logic, and business process optimization.

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex workflow or integration errors independently.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate operational needs into technical workflows.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to self-manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
