About Tribe AI:

At Tribe, we're on a mission to help enterprises rearchitect their business with AI. Today, every large enterprise wants to transform its business with AI, but they often lack the capabilities to do so. At Tribe, this gap is our opportunity.

Tribe is an AI-native services company that helps enterprises build best-in-class AI products that matter for their business. One of the unique aspects of Delivery at Tribe is that we staff our projects from a network of 600+ specialized AI engineers and product builders, rather than a traditional W2 workforce. This approach allows us to tap into a pool of top-tier talent from leading Tech companies, and build teams specifically for the needs of each project.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing role on Tribe's Agentic Tooling team. You'll embed with enterprise clients, run workflow discovery with ops teams and business leadership, and deliver enablement programs across the full agentic tool suite — Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Enterprise, and our broader partner ecosystem — that change how people work, not just what tools they have access to.

Alongside client delivery, you'll help build a repeatable, scalable service offering — turning patterns you see in the field into something the team can use across every engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Delivery

  • Run workflow discovery with ops teams and business leadership — understanding how work actually happens, not just how it's supposed to happen

  • Deliver training and enablement sessions across the full agentic tool suite that change how teams work, not just what tools they have access to

  • Identify where agentic tools create real leverage and communicate that clearly to non-technical stakeholders

  • Own client engagements end-to-end — from discovery through adoption — as the primary Tribe contact

Practice building

  • Build a repeatable discovery and enablement framework the team can use across clients

  • Document what works, what doesn't, and why — turning field experience into institutional knowledge

  • Contribute to the service offering definition alongside the team lead

Thought leadership and community

  • Stay at the frontier of the agentic tool landscape as a practitioner — your credibility with clients depends on it

  • Represent Tribe's point of view externally, in writing and in client conversations

About You:
  • 6–10 years of experience at the intersection of operations, workflow design, technology adoption, or enterprise change — as a Chief of Staff or Ops lead at an AI-native company, PM or project manager at an AI-forward company, service designer from an in-house or consultancy setting (IDEO, Fjord, or similar), or management consultant with a transformation or ops focus

  • Has redesigned a workflow or process before — formally or informally — and can walk through specifically what they changed, why they changed it, and what happened as a result

  • Daily practitioner of the full agentic tool suite — Cowork, Claude Code, Claude Enterprise, and beyond. Not just aware of these tools, actively using them across multiple contexts every day

  • Strong discovery instincts — knows how to ask the questions that surface how work actually happens, not how people say it happens

  • Natural teacher: patient with non-technical stakeholders, strong written communication, able to translate between the tool and the person in front of you

  • Self-directed and energized by building from scratch — comfortable making judgment calls in ambiguous situations, flags problems before they become escalations, and leaves things better than they found them

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
