Boomi is on a mission to become radically more efficient with AI. We are seeking a Senior Director of AI Transformation to lead the enterprise-wide execution of this transformative work. In this role, you will drive the deployment of AI agents into core operational processes, working cross-functionally to deliver measurable value. You'll own the end-to-end implementation of the highest priority agentic transformation initiatives, ensuring they scale securely, sustainably, and with strong business impact.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as a bridge between strategic planning and execution, translating the organization’s vision into scalable change
- Contribute to the research, scoping and prioritization of existing business processes and workflows to drive roadmap creation
- Operationalize the enterprise agentic strategy, turning transformation goals into scalable programs
- Lead cross-functional deployments of autonomous AI agents in workflows across prioritized projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data teams on technical architecture, integration, and security alignment
- Contribute to the development and refinement of playbooks, policies, and best practices for agent lifecycle management (initiation, monitoring, escalation, handoffs)
- Define and track key metrics around adoption, performance, risk, and ROI
- Stay up to date on industry momentum in the AI space
The Experience You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in operations, transformation, digital strategy, or enterprise tech
- Deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS organizational roles, structures, and processes
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional programs from ideation to execution to change management
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale workflow or automation programs
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and how to interface them with AI tools
- Experience managing programs across multiple business units and stakeholder groups, including executive leadership
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and organizational change skills
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to take direction or self-drive as the situation demands
- Willingness to learn and acquire technical expertise in the AI space
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
- Willingness to flex responsibilities as necessary
- Demonstrated experience thriving in ambiguous environments
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and modern orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Assistants API)

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base compensation for this position in Denver, Colorado ranges between $217,000- $271,000 USD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience. The base compensation for this position in Vancouver, B.C. ranges between 226,000 - 282,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
