Job Responsibilities
- Execute on the program roadmap, managing critical workstreams from design through implementation to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Synthesize program data and stakeholder input into clear, data-driven insights and executive-level presentations that communicate accomplishments and drive decision-making.
- Develop and structure analyses to identify program-level risks, dependencies, and opportunities, providing structured recommendations to senior leadership.
- Own the program's operating rhythm and governance framework, preparing materials for and leading key stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
- Lead and mentor project teams and junior team members, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, and a focus on delivering results.
- Proactively manage project dependencies and roadblocks, driving issues to resolution and ensuring momentum on key initiatives.
- Champion change management activities, including creating program updates and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Lines of Business (LoBs), AI teams, and Operations to drive alignment and facilitate key business decisions.
- Develop deep, trust-based relationships with key partners, acting as a central point of contact to ensure organizational buy-in and effective collaboration.
- Develop and execute a clear communication plan, ensuring all stakeholders are consistently informed of program status, performance highlights, and key changes.
Required Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, change management, or strategy/consulting, with a focus on large-scale transformation initiatives in a complex organization
- Strategic and analytical problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to use a consulting toolkit to structure solutions for ambiguous challenges
- Proven ability to distill large, complex datasets into clear, concise messages and compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills, with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for analytics and storytelling
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively partner with and build relationships with management at all levels
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- MBA or other advanced degree can be advantageous.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx) is a plus.
