  • Monitor global AI trends and labor market shifts to ensure the company remains a competitive "Employer of Choice" in the AI era.
  • Act as the primary architect of the AI Change Management strategy, in alignment with the company’s cultural ambitions.
  • Help design and implement new, fluid organizational structures that move away from rigid job titles toward a skills-based talent ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR Team to redesign enterprise-wide people processes and programs for an AI-augmented workforce.

  • Establish a "Continuous Learning" culture, leveraging AI-driven platforms to deliver hyper-personalized training at scale.
  • Help establish policies for the ethical and lawful use of Generative AI in the workplace.
  • Develop transparent communication frameworks, partnership with the Corporate Communications Team.

How We Work:

We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.

What You Bring:

  • 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, Workforce Strategy, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational transformation or digital restructuring projects.
  • Deep familiarity with the AI landscape (GenAI, LLMs, Machine Learning) from a strategic—rather than purely technical—perspective.
  • Strategic foresight and the ability to anticipate how technology will change job functions 2–3 years in advance.
  • Proficiency in people analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
