You will be responsible for gathering data, building analytical models, and developing the foundational analysis that the team uses to shape its strategy and advise senior leaders. Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. The Strategy team manages mission-critical projects ranging from developing growth strategies, to assessing and planning entry into new markets, to implementing organizational restructurings and operational efficiencies, and more. Projects are typically team-based and include close collaboration with senior executives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Apply structured problem-solving to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, supporting the team's strategic priorities
- Develop clear, well-structured presentation materials and analytical models that communicate the findings of your analysis to program leads and stakeholders
- Support stakeholder interviews and workshops by preparing materials, capturing key notes, and working with business partners to execute follow-up requests
- Develop an understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/LLM, ML) to help identify innovative solutions for the business
- Support multiple project workstreams, helping to track progress, manage deadlines, and proactively escalate issues as needed
- Establish strong working relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and the business to facilitate information gathering and analysis
- Prepare for and participate actively in meetings, providing analytical support and ensuring key decisions and actions are captured
Required Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- 3+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm, an internal corporate strategy team, or in a strategy role at a leading technology company
- Demonstrated experience with a consulting toolkit, including a broad range of analytical tools and hypothesis-driven problem-solving approaches
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to build models and work with complex data to drive insights
- Strong client management and executive-level communication skills, both written and oral
- A track record of high personal initiative, achieving challenging goals, and a focus on delivering results
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Math, or Engineering is required
Preferred Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- An MBA or an advanced business degree from a top-tier program is a plus.
