Job Description

Summary:
We’re looking for a Commercial Systems Administrator to own the operational backbone of our revenue technology stack - with a primary focus on conversation intelligence and sales engagement & enablement platforms like Gong.This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of technology and commercial performance.
You'll be the trusted expert ensuring our Sales, RevOps, and Leadership teams have reliable, intelligently configured tools that drive productivity, insight, and consistent execution across the business. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, translating business needs into smart system design, and being the person people turn to when tools need to work flawlessly - this role is for you.

Role Responsibilities:

Platform Administration & Optimisation

You’ll be the expert administrator for our commercial technology ecosystem:
• Own the end-to-end configuration, administration, and ongoing optimisation: users, permissions, team structures, compliance settings.
• Design and maintain insight frameworks: trackers, keywords, topics, call libraries, scorecards, and coaching dashboards used by sales leadership.
• Drive adoption of advanced capabilities: forecasting modules, deal intelligence, AI powered insights.
• Expand your ownership: As our tech stack grows, you’ll take on administration of additional platforms.

Data Quality, Reliability & Operations:
• Monitor system health across the commercial tech stack and proactively address issues
• Troubleshoot integrations: Resolve sync problems between Gong, Responsive, Salesforce, and other connected tools.
• Maintain data integrity: Ensure accuracy consistency and compliance across platforms.
• Document everything: Build clear, accessible documentation for configurations, processes, and user guidance.

Partnership & User Support:
• Partner closely with key stakeholders, such as Sales reps, Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement
• Translate business needs into system design: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Provide proactive user support: Triage requests, prioritise by business impact, and resolve issues efficiently
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, and insight
generation.

Qualifications

Essential
• 1-3 years of experience administering commercial/sales tools, (Gong, Outreach, Salesforce, conversational
intelligence, or sales enablement platforms)
• Strong technical fluency with SaaS platforms, user management, permissions, and integrations.
• Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with dashboards, reports, data flows, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Exceptional attention to detail: You catch what others miss and maintain high standards for data quality
• Process-oriented thinking: You naturally create structure, follow governance frameworks and promote documentation.
• Clear communication skills: You explain technical concepts simply and effectively across teams and time zones.
• English proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication required for global collaboration.

Desirable
• Hands-on experience with Gong, Outreach, Responsive.io, Qobra, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM environments and CRM integrations.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes: pipeline stages, forecasting, deal progression, and sales
methodologies.
• Experience supporting distributed or remote sales teams across multiple regions.
• Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Enablement, or Business Systems.
