The AI Solutions Engineer serves as the HubSpot AI Delivery team’s dedicated AI expert. This role focuses on building the next-gen AI features clients are asking for.
Key Responsibilities
- Client POC Builder - Designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered proof-of-concepts (POCs) for clients (e.g., custom "guided selling" models, AISDR prototypes, call transcript analyzers, etc.)
- Third-Party Integration - Integrates third-party LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and AI models directly into client workflows
- AI Authority - Partners with the Solutions Architect on the AI-specific components of the client's technical roadmap
- In-house Subject Mater Expert - Serves as the internal Subject Matter Expert on the applied use of AI in sales and marketing technology
- AI Asset Developer - Develops internal tools for the Innovation Lab, turning AI concepts into tangible assets
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-6+ years of experience in a data science, ML engineering, or technical/sales engineering role.
