Copy.ai is a fully remote company. All employees must be able to work 9am-5pm in their timezone, Pacific to Eastern.
We are looking for a technical and creative AI Solutions Engineer to join our team at Copy.ai! In this customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for onboarding and training our clients, helping them discover and build new use cases, and actively working to grow their accounts. You'll also have the opportunity to work with some of the world's most renowned Fortune 500 companies such as ThermoFisher, Lenovo, Gartner, and Stanley Black & Decker.
What you'll do:
- Partner closely with the sales team to onboard and train new enterprise customers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience with Copy.ai .
- Discover and develop new use cases for clients that will add value, foster greater adoption of our platform, and ultimately, grow accounts.
- Actively engage with existing customers for introductions to other groups within their organizations, and effectively pitch the capabilities of Copy.ai for those other groups.
- Utilize your technical expertise and creativity to develop customized solutions to help customers overcome challenges and maximize the use of our platform.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and seeking feedback for further improvement.
- Project management: own implementations from end to end engaging both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for all of our customers.
- Collaborate with the product team to gather insights from customers, building a feedback loop to inform the development of new features and improvements.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in a solutions consultant, sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology organization
- 2+ years of AI consulting/solutions experience
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Creative problem solver who can identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
