Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive supporting MIS, you’ll be part of an extremely motivated, dedicated, and experienced team that protects many of the largest organizations in the world.  

You will manage sales activities for potential in a defined territory and set of target accounts. Wield proven expertise in building relationships at the C-Level and technical teams, and sell complex solutions to large, complicated customer environments.  

CyberArk is seeking an IT AI Solutions Specialist to join the IT Data & AI group, reporting to the Director of AI Solutions in the IT Organization. This role blends project management, solution delivery, tool administration, and user support to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of AI technologies across the organization. You will work cross-functionally with IT, Security, Legal, and business teams to lead the implementation of AI solutions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations and user enablement of AI tools.

This role is ideal for someone with a balance of technical know-how, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for AI-driven transformation, who thrives on delivering business value while supporting users on the ground.

Responsibilities:

Solution Identification and Scoping:

  • Partner with customers and internal teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  • Define project goals, success criteria, and scope for AI projects.
  • Planning and monitoring the potential impact of AI solutions on business outcomes.
  • Communicate the value proposition of AI solutions to clients and internal decision-makers.
  • Drive adoption of AI applications at an enterprise level.

Project Management:

  • Lead end-to-end AI projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with the business stakeholders and IT, Legal, and Information Security teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Tool Ownership, Support & Training:

  • Serve as an operational owner of enterprise AI tools — including onboarding, configuration, permission management, and usage monitoring.
  • Provide second-line support and troubleshooting for users encountering issues with AI tools.
  • Maintain documentation, how-to guides, and Facilitate user training sessions and promote awareness of AI capabilities, best practices, and responsible use.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate internal or vendor support channels.

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay updated on the latest AI technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Hands-on technical implementation of AI solutions in different areas of the business.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Collaborate with data governance, legal, security and compliance teams to ensure that AI solutions adoption and implementation comply with regulations and industry standards.
  • Experience in roles such as AI solution specialist and AI project delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with generative AI platforms and enterprise tools (ChatGPT, MS Copilot).
  • Practical experience in implementing and supporting AI solutions in business environments.
  • Knowledge in prompt engineering, LLM capabilities, low-code/no-code GenAI platforms, and AI/ML concepts.

  • Global Collaborator: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Expert: Skilled in explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem Solver: Capacity to approach challenges with creative solutions and adapt quickly to evolving requirements.
  • Multitasking Master: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple data workloads concurrently while delivering results efficiently.
  • Promote responsible AI use by ensuring compliance with policies related to privacy, security, and data ethics

Qualifications

The salary range for this position is $83,000 – $127,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
