Who we are looking for
We are seeking a Software Engineer with expertise in Gen AI and Agentic AI fundamentals to report directly to a Vice President. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of a shared Agentic AI library, collaborate with application teams aiming to implement agentic workflows, and identify opportunities to optimize and expand the code library.

What you will be responsible for As an Assistant Vice President, you will: -

  • Enhance and maintain a shared Agentic AI library
  • Serve as primary contributor and code reviewer - Implement features using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Collaborate with teams to build agentic solutions using the library
  • Document components and uphold the overall quality of the library

  • Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript hands on expert experience
  • Strong GitHub, CI/CD and testing background
  • Experience with frameworks like LangChain to build Agentic AI solutions
  • Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI - Attention to detail and Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications -

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of hands-on development
  • Experience with shared libraries/tooling
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development Additional requirements
  • Experience working in distributed engineering teams.
  • Strong ownership and initiative.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $177,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
