Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for AI-powered products and features.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and technical requirements.
  • Work with AI/ML teams on LLM applications, AI agents, automation tools, recommendation systems, or data intelligence products.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify product opportunities.
  • Prioritize product features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor product performance, user engagement, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvements.
  • Coordinate product launches and support cross-functional execution across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, SaaS, fintech, or technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI workflows.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
