Superside is looking for a seasoned and visionary AI Motion Lead to help reimagine how motion design production is done. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology.

From building scalable tools to future-proofing our workflows, you’ll help us move faster, work smarter, and deliver better creative work at scale.
What you'll do:
- Integrate AI tools into motion design workflows, championing AI-first approaches in creative development.
- Develop new AI-powered motion products that deliver real value to our customers.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on AI in motion graphics—advising teams on practical, scalable applications.
- Partner with video editors, animators, motion designers, and producers to align AI capabilities with project and production needs.
- Collaborate with internal AI experts and external partners to drive consistent adoption across teams.
- Rethink how AI can be applied across the entire motion and video process—from pre-production to final delivery—bringing forward bold ideas and new efficiencies.
- Lead education and upskilling efforts, equipping teams to work confidently with emerging tools.
- Manage AI-related projects and workstreams, ensuring quality, speed, and delivery at scale.
- Monitor the performance and impact of AI integrations, recommending improvements to drive efficiency and output.
- Support sales and customer teams in showcasing Superside’s AI-powered capabilities to prospective clients.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 10+ years of experience in motion graphics production, with strong technical expertise and leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of AI tools used in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and creative workflows.
- Track record of implementing AI-driven processes within cross-functional creative teams.
- Confident communicator and team mentor, able to explain technical concepts clearly to creative and customer-facing stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to turn complex challenges into scalable, innovative solutions.
- Passion for AI and its role in transforming how creative work gets done.
- Collaborative and empathetic leadership style with a bias for action.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and experimentation is encouraged.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on delivery and impact.
