Role Overview
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven applications. You will work with large datasets, advanced algorithms, and cloud-based AI services, collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build scalable and high-performance AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and automation.
- Implement LLMs (Large Language Models), Deep Learning architectures, and Transformer models.
- Design and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Utilize MLOps best practices for versioning, monitoring, and automation of ML models.
- Work with cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI API).
- Develop data preprocessing and feature engineering strategies for ML models.
- Deploy AI/ML solutions in cloud, edge, and production environments.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into applications via REST APIs and microservices.
- Conduct A/B testing, model evaluations, and continuous improvement of ML models.
- Stay updated on latest AI/ML research and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI API.
â
Strong knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision models.
â
Hands-on experience in LLM fine-tuning, embedding models, and generative AI.
â
Expertise in Python, FastAPI, Flask, or similar backend frameworks.
â
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML model deployment.
â
Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB).
â
Experience with MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, TensorBoard, DVC.
â
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes for AI deployments.
â
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and passion for AI innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
â Experience with multi-agent AI systems, reinforcement learning, and autonomous AI.
â Knowledge of AI safety, fairness, and responsible AI principles.
â Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and advanced Prompt Engineering.
â Contributions to AI research, publications, or open-source AI projects.
â Background in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
