AI Intern

Are you a curious and driven student with a passion for Artificial Intelligence, automation, and problem-solving? Avis Budget Group is looking for a motivated AI Intern to join our growing AI Project Team. If you're eager to gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of AI solutions and contribute to innovative projects that improve business processes, we'd love to hear from you!

What you´ll do: 

• Support AI projects from idea intake through assessment, development, implementation, and maintenance.

• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities where AI solutions can create value.

• Assist with documenting requirements, processes, and AI solutions.

• Support the development and testing of AI-based solutions.

• Handle change requests and maintenance tasks for existing AI solutions.

• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple functions, including Global Business Services, Finance and Accounting and other business areas.

• Support implemented solutions through post-go-live activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

You should apply if you:  

• Have student status: you are currently enrolled in college or university and have a valid student identification card. 

• Are pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Fluency in English

• Can work a minimum of 20 hours per week 

• Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) confidently. 

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Have a collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together! 

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, or similar technologies.

• Basic knowledge of Python, Power BI, or other data analytical tools.

• Experience with Power Automate or other low code / no code workflow automation tools.

• Experience using and working with APIs to automate processes.

• Familiarity with version control platforms such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
