We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our demand generation engine. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs, optimize marketing funnels, and drive qualified pipeline across multiple markets. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who combines strong growth marketing expertise with analytical thinking, experimentation, and a passion for delivering measurable business results.
What you will do- Own and execute full-funnel demand generation programs, from awareness through pipeline conversion.
- AI Agent Orchestration: Build and deploy LLM agents that autonomously scrape competitor ads, rewrite brand battlecards, summarise media coverage, and draft personalised outbound sequences.
- Manage paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other relevant channels to drive qualified pipeline.
- Build, test, and continuously optimize landing pages, email sequences, conversion funnels, and campaign performance.
- Define, measure, and improve key growth metrics including MQLs, CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
- Partner closely with Sales to maintain strong feedback loops and continuously improve lead quality.
- Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, trade shows, and regional activations.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by coordinating campaigns for priority accounts.
- Work closely with the Content and Design teams to develop compelling messaging, campaign assets, and demand generation programs.
- Continuously experiment with messaging, offers, creative, and channel performance to maximize marketing efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate campaign execution, and optimize marketing workflows.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or a similar hands-on marketing role.
- Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, or other B2B marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of growth marketing fundamentals, including demand generation, conversion funnels, attribution, experimentation, paid acquisition, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience planning and executing field marketing initiatives, webinars, events, or regional marketing campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Design teams.
- Strong written communication skills with experience creating campaign messaging, briefs, and marketing content.
- Self-starter with a bias for action who enjoys testing, learning, and continuously improving marketing performance.
- EdTech or B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work remotely within European time zones (CET preferred).
