JOB SUMMARY

The AI Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful adoption and day-to-day use of AI tools across the organization. This role focuses on user onboarding, Tier 1 support, training coordination, and knowledge management to help employees effectively utilize AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Glean, ChatGPT, and internal AI tools. This position serves as a key operational support resource for AI enablement initiatives by assisting users, creating and delivering training, maintaining documentation, and ensuring a positive user experience.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

AI Training & User Enablement

  • Support onboarding and training sessions for AI tools including Copilot, Glean, ChatGPT, Claude, and internal AI solutions.
  • Create and maintain training materials, FAQs, user guides, and best practices.
  • Promote adoption of AI tools through user support and enablement activities.

Tier 1 AI User Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for AI-related support requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common user issues related to AI tools, licensing, and access.
  • Escalate advanced technical issues to AI engineering or platform teams as appropriate.
  • Support user account setup, license assignment, and access management processes.
  • Document recurring issues and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.

Knowledge Management & Documentation

  • Maintain AI knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation.
  • Ensure enablement content remains accurate and current.
  • Assist with standardizing AI usage guidance and support resources.

Operational Support

  • Track common support trends and user feedback.
  • Support AI enablement initiatives and operational processes as assigned.
  • Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to support successful AI tool adoption.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in accredited university (or equivalent experience) required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, user enablement, training coordination, or similar role.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
  • Experience delivering user training or onboarding sessions.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise applications.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to create clear user documentation and training materials.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common user issues independently.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Familiarity with AI prompting concepts and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Experience supporting end-user adoption initiatives or technology rollouts.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

$75,460$83,845 USD
