We’re looking for an AI Enablement Lead - Marketing to drive agency-wide adoption of AI. This role is about embedding AI into workflows at scale, ensuring we see real gains in productivity and quality of output. You’ll design and lead training programs, rework processes across teams, and measure impact — making sure our people aren’t just using AI, but using it effectively.

What You’ll Do

Training & Adoption

  • Develop, deliver, and refresh AI training programs across departments.
  • Host office hours, lead workshops, and coach teams on AI-enabled workflows.
  • Build surveys and feedback loops to measure adoption and identify blockers.

Workflow Evolution

  • Document and roll out revised workflows that integrate AI tools.
  • Identify and embed process improvements both with AI and without.
  • Work with VP of Strategy & Innovation to drive measurable impact both in terms of client satisfaction, new business, etc. through AI integration.
  • Track and report on productivity and efficiency gains.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Spot new opportunities for AI-driven efficiencies.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Translate adoption and impact data into clear reporting for leadership.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3-5 years in marketing, digital transformation, or enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (chat models, generative creative, analytics).
  • Strong facilitation/training skills — confident presenting to groups and coaching peers.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure adoption and impact.
  • A marketing background is essential.
