What you'll be doing.
- Lead enterprise deployment and adoption of AI platforms and tools, including Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, AI Hub, and future AI technologies.
- Plan and execute large-scale AI rollouts from pilot programs through enterprise-wide deployment.
- Develop and manage reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics that measure adoption, utilization, cost efficiency, and business impact.
- Monitor and govern AI platform usage, providing transparency into tool adoption, use cases, licensing utilization, and associated costs across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Governance stakeholders to establish guidance, policies, and controls that support responsible AI adoption.
- Configure and support enterprise AI deployment requirements, including identity management, provisioning, managed settings, audit capabilities, and compliance controls.
- Partner with technical teams to deploy AI capabilities within approved cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure AI services and enterprise AI platforms.
- Build scalable enablement programs including training, office hours, AI champion networks, use-case libraries, and reusable playbooks.
- Prepare executive-level reporting on adoption trends, business outcomes, costs, risks, and recommended actions to increase value realization.
- Identify and remove barriers to adoption while continuously improving the employee AI experience through stakeholder feedback and data-driven insights.
What you'll need to be successful.
- 7+ years of experience in technology deployment, enablement, adoption, solutions delivery, technical program management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale technology or platform rollouts and driving sustained user adoption.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms and large language model technologies, including experience with at least two major AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with experience developing dashboards, adoption metrics, cost models, and executive reporting.
- Working knowledge of enterprise deployment technologies including SSO, SCIM provisioning, managed device configurations, and change management methodologies.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and related AI technologies, including trade-offs around cost, accuracy, latency, and data governance.
- Experience partnering with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Governance teams to implement responsible AI practices and controls.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both executive leaders and end users.
- Preferred:
- Experience deploying Claude Code and multi-model AI environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or enterprise AI platforms.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, chargeback models, and AI Centers of Excellence.
- Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) and experience operating within a global enterprise environment.
