About Us

AI is moving fast. Most people are watching it happen. We’re building what comes next.
At LTX, we’re creating cutting-edge open-world models that help AI understand, simulate, and generate the world around us. We’re laying the groundwork for AI systems that can model how reality looks, moves, and behaves.

These world models will power the next generation of creative tools, physical AI, product simulation, and entirely new ways to build and interact with technology.

We’re not just training models. We’re helping define a new category.

Why Join Us

Some opportunities let you work on AI. This one lets you shape its future.

We’re a team of builders, researchers, and creatives who thrive on solving hard problems and pushing beyond what’s considered possible. Curiosity is encouraged. Experimentation is expected. Today we know that great ideas can come from anywhere.

Every breakthrough we make reaches millions of creators and developers worldwide. This can only happen in an environment where you are encouraged to think, push boundaries, create, and explore. Real impact happens when we, as a team, are empowered to experiment, evolve, and elevate together.

Your Role

LTX is looking for a super talented AI Creative Designer to join the LTX Partners R&D team.

If you love building visual worlds, have a sharp eye for striking images and video, and can’t stop playing with what AI makes possible, we’d love to meet you. In this role, you’ll use your craft to show what LTX’s generative models can do. You’ll explore use cases across filmmaking, advertising, animation and beyond, and turn new capabilities into visually striking work grounded in real creative applications.

You’ll take ideas from concept to execution: defining the look, the style and the story, then producing images, films and motion pieces that combine generative AI with design and production techniques. Your work will help partners see new possibilities, inform product and research decisions, and bring LTX to life for senior stakeholders and at major industry events.

You’ll also be the creative eye on new capabilities: testing them, finding where the results shine and where they fall short, and giving clear creative feedback that helps shape the technology.

You’ll own the creative direction and visual language for everything visual in the group, with a lot of room to define its tone and style. You’ll work closely with creative technologists, researchers, engineers, product and partnership teams, connecting what the technology can do with what creators want to make.

What you will be doing
  • Develop visual concepts and creative worlds that explore applications of LTX across use cases and industries
  • Art-direct and produce images, films and motion pieces using LTX and other generative AI tools
  • Own the group’s creative direction and visual language, and keep a consistent, high standard of quality
  • Shape the visual storytelling of partner demos, presentations and industry showcases
  • Experiment with LTX models alongside other AI tools and production techniques to find new creative approaches
  • Evaluate new model capabilities through creative experiments and quality benchmarks
  • Turn creative findings into actionable feedback for research and engineering teams
  • Work with product and partnership teams to understand creative challenges and find relevant applications
Your skills and experience
  • 2+ years of industry experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, marketing creative or a related field
  • Proven experience creating visual worlds and concepts, from moodboards and look development to final images and video
  • Exceptional visual taste, a rich design sensibility and a clear creative point of view
  • Strong portfolio showing brand, concept and art direction work across both still images and video/motion, including AI-generated work
  • Hands-on experience making images and video with generative AI tools as a core part of your creative process
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects
  • Technical affinity: comfortable with AI workflows, 3D and compositing, and using AI agents to build and adapt your own creative workflows (experience with all of these is not required)
  • Ability to evaluate generated outputs critically and give clear, actionable creative feedback
  • You thrive in a fast-paced R&D environment and adapt quickly as capabilities evolve and priorities shift
  • Formal training in graphic design, visual communication or a similar discipline is a plus
We got you covered
  • We run daily door-to-door shuttles, offering Car-to-go subscriptions from several locations in central, plus free parking and train-station pickups.
  • We’re proud to have 2 chef-led restaurants on site by the legendary Machneyuda Group (yes, that Machneyuda!), plus a bakery nestled in the heart of our office, filled daily with the scent of fresh pastries.
  • We empower employees with cutting-edge tools and learning opportunities to grow and succeed through workshops, access and training on platforms, subscriptions, and clear guidelines for responsible AI use.
