At LTV ai, we're redefining email marketing for e-commerce brands by automating a lot of the day-to-day manual grunt work that goes into email marketing, from segmentation, to creating campaigns without designers, to personalization.
While increasing LTV and driving measurable growth, we help brands stay focused on what matters most - the customer.
Why join us?We're an AI-native platform where a set of AI agents runs a brand's entire email program - building campaigns, writing copy, segmenting, sending, and learning. We're growing fast, and we want the way we tell our story to move just as fast.
This is a founding, hands-on role to build and run a content factory from scratch: a scrappy, high-output engine that produces an enormous volume of content and turns it into performance. You'll own how the category talks about AI-native marketing - and you'll be measured on output and pipeline, not vibes. This isn't a brand-marketing or "content calendar" role. It's content built to drive demos and revenue, and the factory itself is your core deliverable.
What you'll ownProduce a high volume of content across formats - short-form video, long-form YouTube, static and video ads, LinkedIn posts, written pieces, landing page and email creative - using AI tooling to multiply your output well beyond what a traditional content team can match.
Build the factory: repeatable systems and workflows (AI tooling, templates, freelancers, repurposing pipelines) so content scales without linearly scaling headcount.
Run and optimize paid ads directly off the content you create (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and beyond) - launch, test, read the data, iterate, kill losers, scale winners.
Turn our raw material - product stories, customer wins, founder POV, data insights - into a constant stream of native, on-brand content.
Move fast and ship daily, treating volume plus iteration speed as the advantage.
Equal parts creator, growth marketer, and operator - you've personally produced content and run the ads behind it, and you're happiest doing both.
A track record of shipping high-volume, human-first content across multiple formats, with the receipts to show it moved a metric (pipeline, demos, CAC, signups).
Hands-on paid media experience across Meta, LinkedIn, and similar - you can build campaigns, read performance data, and reallocate spend without waiting on anyone.
AI-native by default - you instinctively reach for AI tools to produce, repurpose, and scale content end-to-end, without leaning on agencies, contractors, or a design team to get work out the door.
A systems builder - you think in workflows and pipelines, not one-off deliverables, and you're energized by building the engine, not just feeding it.
Founder mentality - you're here to build a function from 0→1, not inherit an existing team, playbook, or process.
Comfort creating for a B2B audience of e-commerce and DTC operators - you understand what they care about and can speak their language natively.
Base depends a lot on the person but we reward A players
