We're building out a roster of contract AI Content Creators to help us scale content production using the latest AI video, image, and audio generation tools. This is a hands-on creative role for people who are already deep in the AI tooling space — or eager to live there — and who can turn a generation budget into a steady output of high-performing social content.
You'll be operating at the intersection of creative production, prompt engineering, and growth marketing. We move fast, ship daily, and care more about output that performs than output that's “perfect.”
This is a part-time, contracting role where compensation will be paid out $500/monthly.
What You'll DoProduce a high volume of AI-generated short-form video, image, and audio content for distribution across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X)
Build and maintain consistent visual identities across content series — keeping characters, settings, and aesthetics on-model across hundreds of generations
Own end-to-end production: ideation, prompting, generation, light editing, captioning, and publishing
Manage and grow social accounts as part of the role — including posting cadence, comment/DM engagement, and basic community management
Iterate quickly based on performance data — double down on what's working, kill what isn't
Track what's trending in AI-generated content broadly and bring formats and ideas to the team
Collaborate with our internal growth team on briefs, narrative angles, and distribution strategy
Strong portfolio of content you've personally created using AI tools (we want to see the actual work, not just claims)
Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 of: Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, Kling, Seedance, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, CapCut, or comparable tools
Demonstrated ability to maintain visual/character consistency across multi-shot AI-generated content
Strong instincts for pacing, hooks, storytelling, and internet-native content formats
Comfort with iterative prompt engineering — knowing when to tweak the prompt vs. swap the model vs. start over
Experience running social accounts (your own or for a brand) with a clear understanding of what drives reach, engagement, and follower growth on at least one major platform
Self-directed work style — you can take a loose brief and ship without heavy oversight
Ability to produce daily, on a consistent cadence
Background in performance marketing, growth, or paid social
Experience with longform-to-shortform content pipelines (e.g., podcast clips, reaction edits, splitscreen formats)
Familiarity with platform-specific algorithm dynamics and trending audio/format detection
Comfort with AI agent tools (Claude, ChatGPT projects, automation workflows) to scale your own throughput
Light video editing chops in CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci
Shipping content that earns attention - measured through views, watch time, shares, follower growth, click-throughs, and repeatable content formats that can scale.
Async-first, with weekly creative syncs
Generation tool budgets and platform access provided
Direct line to a small, fast-moving in-house team — no agency layers
Strong performers will see expanded scope, higher rates, and longer-term engagements
