AI AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially Large Language Models (LLMs), to automate and optimize tasks across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable AI-driven workflows, integrating chat systems, phone systems, and other technologies to enhance productivity and customer experience. Compensation for this position starts at $75,000

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation workflows across various platforms to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Utilize Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, GPT, or similar) to create intelligent solutions for task automation and enhanced communication interfaces.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing chat systems, phone systems, and other tools to provide seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement AI solutions tailored to business needs.
• Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models and automation processes to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Document workflows, processes, and system integrations for future reference and scalability.
• Investigating new technologies to implement efficiencies in our environment

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working with AI technologies, particularly Large Language Models and their application in automation.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into chat systems, phone systems, or other communication platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI.
• Background in automating workflows using AI tools and APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and their AI offerings.
• Understanding data analysis and visualization tools.
• Prior experience with customer-facing AI applications, such as chatbots or virtual assistants, in applications such as Zendesk or Dialpad
