Job DescriptionAbout the role

CelebriOS is looking for an AI and Workflow Automation Specialist to identify repetitive business processes and turn them into secure, reliable automated workflows.

You will work across teams to connect business applications, design AI-assisted processes and measure the operational impact of each automation.

Responsibilities
  • Map existing workflows and identify automation opportunities.

  • Build integrations using tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n.

  • Connect CRM, marketing, support and internal business systems.

  • Create AI-assisted workflows using approved models and APIs.

  • Add validation, error handling, monitoring and human review.

  • Document workflow logic, permissions and dependencies.

  • Test automations before deployment.

  • Train users and provide ongoing support.

  • Monitor time saved, failure rates and business outcomes.

  • Follow security, privacy and data-governance requirements.

Required qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience building production workflow automations.

  • Experience with APIs, webhooks and structured data such as JSON.

  • Familiarity with at least one automation platform.

  • Ability to understand and document business processes.

  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Understanding of responsible handling of customer and company data.

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with Python or JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with AI APIs, retrieval systems or AI agents.

  • Experience integrating CRM or support platforms.

  • Knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth.
