In this role, you'll drive the success of complex, cloud-based CRM and Contact Center implementations for clients ranging from targeted business units to enterprise-wide initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-based CRM and Contact Center solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with clients to define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables—owning the Statement of Work (SOW) from start to finish.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders in the IT/SaaS space to drive alignment and progress.
- Apply best-fit methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) in hybrid environments to ensure consistent execution.
- Manage project backlogs, sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and roadmaps.
- Utilize tools like JIRA (preferred), Asana, Rally, or ClickUp to track project milestones and team performance.
- Facilitate clear communication across project teams, including internal stakeholders, leadership, and client stakeholders.
- Provide insight and recommendations to continuously improve delivery processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 6+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks with hands-on experience in hybrid project cultures.
- 6+ years of experience managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and delivery within the IT domain.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple business units and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA (preferred), Asana, Rally, or ClickUp.
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Business acumen and a strategic mindset when advising and collaborating with clients.
- Passion for problem-solving and helping organizations modernize through cloud technology.
- Serve as a consultative partner to clients, articulating solutions and guiding teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.
- Maintain strong financial oversight across project delivery while also aligning with clients’ goals to identify and accelerate high-value opportunities
- Anticipate and analyze risks, maintain a project risk log and proactively address risks to prevent escalation.
