Agile Lead, Global Disruptive Innovation at a glance...
You will support the Global Disruptive Innovation PODs to navigate this transformation in the best way possible, with an organised governance through the AGILE Centre of Excellence.
What's on the menu?

• Build and coach a high-performing Scrum Masters across Global Disruptive Innovation PODs
• Drive excellence through Disruptive Innovation PODs, delivering measurable value for the business and transforming the approach to innovation to deliver with agility.
• Identify and support in launching Innovation initiatives by making commercialization process better and increasing agile maturity of the PODs
• Be the SM for 2 PODs - which means food product innovation knowledge is a must

Recipe for Success - apply now if this sounds like you!

• I have 5+ years of work experience with Agile and Scrum
• I am a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)
• I have 5-10 years of food innovation & commercialization process - this is key to be able to build timelines and understand dependencies
• I have experience with Agile Tools such as JIRA/MIRO/ADO/Monday.com
• I have the ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within the team.
• I am confident and skilled at guiding the team through organizational roadblocks to allow Sprints to be completed on time
• I have interpersonal skills in order to communicate AGILE mindset for the company as a whole

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
