New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

- Build and coach a high-performing Scrum Masters across Global Disruptive Innovation PODs
- Drive excellence through Disruptive Innovation PODs, delivering measurable value for the business and transforming the approach to innovation to deliver with agility.
- Identify and support in launching Innovation initiatives by making commercialization process better and increasing agile maturity of the PODs
- Be the SM for 2 PODs - which means food product innovation knowledge is a must
Recipe for Success - apply now if this sounds like you!
- I have 5+ years of work experience with Agile and Scrum
- I am a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)
- I have 5-10 years of food innovation & commercialization process - this is key to be able to build timelines and understand dependencies
- I have experience with Agile Tools such as JIRA/MIRO/ADO/Monday.com
- I have the ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within the team.
- I am confident and skilled at guiding the team through organizational roadblocks to allow Sprints to be completed on time
- I have interpersonal skills in order to communicate AGILE mindset for the company as a whole
