THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an Agentic AI Engineer who thrives at the intersection of backend systems and frontend experiences. You’ll develop and build high-scale services with Node.js and Python, deliver enterprise-scale interfaces with React, and play a key role in advancing our platform’s intelligence with AI agents and prompt engineering.

What You’ll Do
Backend & Infrastructure
- Develop and implement distributed backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python (e.g., NestJS, FastAPI)
- Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to power client applications
- Design scalable asynchronous workflows with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or RabbitMQ Ensure systems meet high standards of security, performance, and availability
- Collaborate on infrastructure strategy, with exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Frontend Engineering
- Build modern, accessible, and high-performance UI components with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Work closely with Product and UX to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend through thoughtful API design
AI & Intelligent Systems (Plus Experience)
- Contribute to development of AI-driven product features, including autonomous agents, AI chatbots and decision support workflows
- Collaborate on prompt engineering for LLM-based systems, optimizing reliability and relevance
- Work with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph or like build stateful, multi-step AI agents
- Help bridge traditional application logic with emerging AI workflows in a production-grade environment
Mentorship & Collaboration
- Guide technical decisions and mentor junior engineers
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering OKRs
- Foster a culture of quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 3+ years in software engineering, with significant full-stack experience
- Strong backend expertise in Node.js (NestJS, Express) and Python (FastAPI or similar)
- Deep front-end experience with React, TypeScript, and responsive UI design
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Plus: Experience building AI agents, integrating LLMs, or working with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar
- Bonus: Knowledge of prompt engineering and best practices for interacting with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
Within Your First 6 Months
1 Month:
- Ramp up on our architecture, engineering tools, and agentic development
- Pair with senior engineers to learn the system and start contributing code
3 Months:
- Own and develop new features and services end-to-end
- Help evolve our backend/API and frontend component libraries
- Participate in roadmap planning and engineering initiatives
6 Months:
- Serve as a go-to technical leader in full-stack development
- Master AI and LLM integration efforts within engineering
- Mentor engineers and help shape our technical culture

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 130-150k annual salary .... Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and geographic location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
