Halcyon’s goal is to deliver an anti-ransomware solution that breaks new ground in what a security product can achieve. In line with this vision, we are seeking an experienced Agent Build/DevOps Engineer to develop and manage automation surrounding the development, building, and deployment of endpoint software. By streamlining build and deployment workflows, this role directly supports the delivery of endpoint protection capabilities to defend customers from ransomware threats.
Responsibilities:Ensure that CI/CD systems maintain high availability and reliability
Maintain existing CI/CD build jobs and troubleshoot failures across various platforms
Create new CI/CD jobs to support builds, deployments, and internal tooling for endpoint software
Improve automation workflows for building, testing, and deploying software across Windows, Linux, and macOS
- 5+ years of experience in build/release engineering, DevOps, or related software engineering roles focused on CI/CD and automation
Proficient in Python, Groovy, and Bash scripting languages
Experienced in creating and maintaining Jenkins declarative pipeline scripts
Skilled in GitHub repository creation, configuration, and administration
Comfortable working across Windows, Linux, and macOS, including executing equivalent tasks across platforms
Knowledgeable in Windows Batch and PowerShell scripting
Experienced with virtual machine environments, particularly VMware vSphere/vCenter
Proficient in Docker, including writing and maintaining Dockerfiles and managing containers
Familiar with JFrog Artifactory for artifact storage and management
Familiar with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation

Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000
Bonus Range: 10%
In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.
