Job Description

The Agency Marketing Program Management Senior Consultant I is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of complex, large-scale marketing programs that align with local and agency-level strategies. These initiatives aim to build awareness, drive customer consideration, and support profitable growth and retention within the Allstate agency channel.

  • Design content and facilitate stakeholder focus groups to inform program direction

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to develop growth strategies

  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors

  • Oversee multiple moderately complex marketing projects and initiatives

  • Maintain and update marketing technology platforms to reflect accurate pricing and product details

  • Utilize HTML to update content on marketing platforms

  • Prepare and manage detailed project plans and timelines

  • Develop and execute integrated communications and marketing campaigns

  • Partner with marketing consultants to design and deliver program education

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement regional and local marketing programs

  • Lead Design Thinking sessions to identify process improvements and generate innovative solutions

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None

Education & Experience (in lieu)

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in place of a formal degree

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $61,000.00 - 106,210.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
