We're looking for a strategic, hands-on expert with a proven record of growing affiliate programs and boosting revenue. You are equally comfortable with the relationship-building aspect of partner management as you are with the analytical side of optimizing a program for peak performance.

What You'll Do

  • Program Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate programs, including partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization. This involves day-to-day oversight and strategic direction.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze affiliate performance data and key metrics to identify trends, conduct forecasting, report on program health, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary affiliate point of contact for clients, confidently leading discussions, building strategy, and conducting presentations on program performance and future initiatives.
  • Audits & Growth: Audit existing or prospective clients' affiliate programs to identify growth opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Platform Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms including Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN to ensure best-in-class program management.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of dedicated affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently present complex data and strategies to clients.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills,
  • Expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, CJ) and a strong understanding of performance tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client programs and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, PR and/or retail affiliate marketing is a plus.
