About the Role
We're hiring an Affiliate Recruitment Manager to build and manage a new partner channel focused on small-scale affiliates and creators. The goal is to drive quote volume and NWP by recruiting business owners, micro-influencers, coaches, and other niche partners aligned with our key sectors.
This role sits between affiliate and influencer marketing, with a strong performance orientation. You'll be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and optimizing relationships with long-tail partners who can reach audiences we don't reach through paid or organic channels today.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit smaller-scale partners with relevant audiences in target sectors (e.g. contractors, real estate, personal services).
- Manage onboarding and enablement, ensuring new partners ramp quickly and have the tools and messaging they need.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback and support to improve quality and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activity with campaign and sector goals.
- Report regularly on partner activity, performance, and contribution to marketing KPIs (quotes, NWP).
- Help design repeatable processes for identifying, managing, and scaling high-performing partners.
What Success Looks Like
- Increased quote volume and NWP from SMB-affiliate sources
- Growing network of active partners across priority sectors
- Scalable recruitment and onboarding workflows
- Clear performance tracking and reporting for affiliate contributions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or influencer marketing
- Experience recruiting and managing partners with measurable outcomes
- Strong communication, organization, and execution skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, cross-functional environment
