At CoinPoker, we are revolutionizing the poker experience by offering fast, secure, and transparent gameplay. With recent substantial investment, we are poised to take over the online crypto-poker space and are expanding our team to support our growth.

The Opportunity

The Affiliate Manager is responsible for growing CoinPoker's casino and sports betting affiliate book in the region, with a primary focus on sourcing, negotiating, and closing new affiliate deals, alongside the ongoing management and commercial performance of the existing partner book.

The role is focused on identifying and closing new affiliate opportunities across review and comparison sites, bonus and offer platforms, tipsters, streamers, content publishers, and community channels, ensuring positioning and placements are optimised for FTD generation and NGR contribution, and cutting or renegotiating underperforming deals quickly.

The role requires a strong understanding of the regional casino and sports betting affiliate landscape, including how deal structures, positioning economics, and traffic quality drive commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and close new casino and sports betting affiliate deals across the region, structuring CPA, rev share, and hybrid arrangements within agreed commercial guardrails, escalating to senior management where terms fall outside them.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new affiliate opportunities across the regional landscape.

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the regional partner book, managing communication, relationship growth, and performance-focused partner management.

  • Manage positioning, placements, offers, and creative assets across the book, ensuring listings and content are optimised for signup conversion and FTD generation across casino and sports.

  • Monitor deal-level and cohort-level performance, including traffic quality, player value, bonus abuse, and cost efficiency, renegotiating or cutting underperforming or low-quality sources.

  • Report regularly on new deals closed, pipeline, book performance, and key risks and opportunities, maintaining accurate partner records, deal terms, and payment schedules.

Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven track record sourcing and closing casino and/or sports betting affiliate deals in the region, with the FTD and NGR numbers to show for it and the ability to explain the commercial decisions behind them.

  • Established relationships within the regional casino or sports betting affiliate landscape, including community and tipster channels, or a demonstrated ability to build them quickly.

  • Strong working knowledge of affiliate deal structures, including CPA, rev share, hybrid, and fixed-fee arrangements, and the economics of positioning and placements.

  • Demonstrated experience monitoring traffic quality and player cohort performance, including identifying bonus abuse and low-value traffic, and renegotiating or cutting deals based on the data.

  • Strong negotiation and commercial judgment, with experience operating within guardrails and knowing when to escalate.

  • Comfortable managing a growing book independently, including reporting, deal administration, and payment accuracy.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the blockchain and online gaming industry.

  • Flexible working hours and the ability to work fully remotely.

  • A collaborative and inclusive team culture.

  • Professional development opportunities and career growth within a rapidly evolving company.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
