Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- development and execution of the technical and execution strategy for Aero equipment and turnkey project tenders and contracts
- Define and manage tender scope, schedule, cost, and risk in collaboration with Sales, Commercial, and C&C teams
- Serve as the primary customer interface, driving technical clarifications, negotiations, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Own EPC and/or partner scope definition, division of responsibility (DOR), and technical contractual alignment
- Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, procurement, planning, cost, logistics, and field execution) to ensure contract fulfillment
- Own project execution performance, including delivery milestones, cost control, margin, and cash flow
- Establish and lead project operating rhythms, reviews, and KPI tracking for delivery, cost, and risk
- Implement disciplined risk, opportunity, and change management processes, including customer change orders and claims
- Ensure compliance with business processes, contractual requirements, and EHS standards
Basic / Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear or Civil) or Business Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, tendering management, or construction management within power generation, energy, or industrial projects
- Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedule, and cost for complex technical or EPC‑style projects
- Working knowledge of power plant systems, operations, and major equipment components
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and interfacing directly with customers and external partners
- Proficiency with standard project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Experience working with global and cross‑regional teams

- Experience leading customer‑facing tendering or execution roles in EPC or power generation projects
- Strong commercial mindset, including understanding of project economics, margin, and risk
- Experience with technical proposal development and contract negotiations
- Demonstrated project management skills in fast‑paced, changing environments
- Collaborative leadership style that builds accountability and high‑performing teams
- Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- PMP certification, Master’s degree in Engineering, or MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with industrial or power plant system design and specifications

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $114,100.00 and $190,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
