We're Looking For:
A motivated and detail-oriented Ad Operations Intern to join our Ad Operations team for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Campaign Management, Product, and Engineering.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, eager to learn the ad tech ecosystem, and interested in gaining real-world exposure to campaign execution, backend work flows and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Learn about Ad Ops processes, SLAs and best practices
  • Assist with the setup, tracking, and QA of advertising campaigns across internal platforms.
  • Monitor live campaigns to ensure performance reports are ingested on internal platforms.
  • Upload conversion performance reports for reports that have a manual component.
  • Develop pipeline automation for daily conversion reporting
  • Generate and maintain ad hoc external reports for external clients.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, or technical errors
  • Collaborate with Sales and ASM to ensure accurate campaign execution
  • Work with Technical account managers on Publisher launches and troubleshooting.
  • Gain knowledge of client reporting platforms, attribution models, and client-agency relationships to enable successful account launches.
  • Collaborate with fellow summer interns across departments to develop and present executive-level projects that support the business while strengthening your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Required
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and numbers
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts (CPM, CPC, impressions, clicks, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions

Preferred
  • Interest in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or digital media operations
  • Exposure to ad servers, DSPs, or analytics tools (academic or personal projects count)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
