KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid engineers/technicians by troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including manuals, reports, and technical drawings.
- Support project activities, help in resource coordination, and track project progress.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and other departments to facilitate smooth project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing enhancements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.
- Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with program and project planning, as well as management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Engineering degrees
- Experience in leading complex engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Experience with quality management systems and processes.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
