This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: an Advanced Digital Engagement Account Executive to join our customer-facing sales team. This role is responsible for sales execution, support, and applying industry, product, and technical expertise across RingCentral’s Advanced Digital Engagement portfolio, which includes our industry-leading A.I. solutions.
You will interact directly with all levels of management in prospective and existing accounts to identify key business and technical requirements and present corresponding RingCentral solutions. As an overlay AE, you will cover a large North American territory, collaborating with field sales teams to drive multi-product sales.
Job Duties:
Evangelize RingCentral Advanced Digital Engagement solutions to customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
Create, or assist with the development of, formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers.
Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
Perform comprehensive discovery sessions and solution-based presentations, based on advanced use cases and needs assessments, for customers and prospects remotely and in-person.
Work with customers on appropriate expectations for the solution.
Develop and maintain expert understanding of RingCentral Advanced Digital Engagement applications and products.
Represent RingCentral at conferences, industry, and sales events when requested by department managers.
Actively participate as an SME for digital engagement products and technologies, providing consultative support to other Sales team members.
Provide direct support for the technical fulfillment of RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s as needed.
Responsible for continued education on the digital engagement products and underlying technologies and development of training materials and programming for the field sales team.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience with digital engagement tools.
Ability to provide leadership to the RingCentral sales teams for digital and A.I. solutions (Intelligent Virtual Agents, Agent Assist Tools, and A.I. Intelligence).
Deep understanding of customer communication requirements for contact centers and other teams using digital engagement solutions.
Ability to apply solutions and technology to business opportunities.
Familiarity with RingCentral products or key competitor offerings is preferred.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Strong curiosity, self-initiative, and commitment to continuous learning.
Ability to teach and mentor other team members.
Must be able to coordinate and work effectively across various functional teams.
Willingness to take ownership of accounts and related actions.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal/negotiating skills.
Ability to understand and communicate comprehensive, complex solutions and issues.
Ability to complete job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively on a remote basis.
Advanced skills in sales discovery to foster successful sales cycles in complex opportunities.
Experience using a storytelling presentation approach (real-world scenarios, value selling).
Technical knowledge proficiency and conceptual understanding of the product category.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and professional services to drive strategy.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with additional continuing educational achievements.
Ability to spend up to 25-50% of time out of the office (days in the field).

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $235,000 and $300,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
