The Adoption Specialist trains customers on Fluency for Imaging and develops training materials while assessing learners' comprehension in healthcare environments, particularly imaging and radiology.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Effectively introduces, demonstrates, and trains customers on Fluency for Imaging in live and virtual classrooms using a blended approach incorporating adult learning concepts and best practices.
- Assess learners’ level of content comprehension throughout training.
- Participate in project implementations with key stakeholders, including pre and post go live participation if applicable.
- Gather feedback and implement changes to improve training experiences and learning outcomes
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on adult learning theory and training delivery best practices.
- May serve as SME, mentor or contributor for Fluency for Imaging to internal Jacobian teams, such as Implementations, Support, Documentation, Instructional Design and others as designated.
- Partners effectively with customer and implementation project team to understand, prepare for, and deliver on learning objectives and customer business objectives.
- Consults with project team and customers to advise on workflow and Jacobian best practices.
- Meets all department and leadership compliance and documentation expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Education or Science/Arts degree (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years healthcare experience or experience in the healthcare industry, specifically within an imaging/radiology environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Responds strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines.
- Demonstrated capability to facilitate training and knowledge of adult learning.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and partnering with multiple teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% across the U.S. and Canada.
