  • Partner closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Services, Product Management, Research & Development, Education, Marketing, and Clinical Data Science to align adoption with product strategy and customer outcomes.
  • Shape how adoption success is measured globally by advancing scoring models, dashboards, and value narratives used with customers and executive stakeholders.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, Clinical Science, or a related field; a Registered Nurse (RN) background is strongly preferred, though equivalent clinical experience (e.g., Respiratory Therapy) is acceptable.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building capabilities in new or evolving functions; a strong collaborator across multidisciplinary teams; an effective communicator able to present insights to senior stakeholders; and bring a business-aware mindset with interest in quantifying value and outcomes, with willingness to travel for customer engagement as needed.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
